What You Will Do:
- Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives
- Convert opportunities from pipelines to sales
- Understanding client needs - prepare and deliver proper demos/meetings for solutioning
- Follow up with the sales processes
- Maintain healthy sales pipelines
What You Should Bring to the Role:
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and spirit
- Have previous working experience as a Business Development personnel, preferably in a SaaS company, IT System Integrator or similar fields
- Have sufficient technical understanding of software implementation, as well as basic technical knowledge, and able to appreciate technical aspects of real-time communication technologies
- Experience in IT system integration and consulting (being a principal is a good plus)
- Highly proactive and forthcoming in contributing ideas and suggestions to management
- Possess the ability to manage and coordinate between different entities/contact points while doing so remotely/physically where necessary
- Have an outgoing personality with strong presentation skills, both online and offline
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
