Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, servers, storage, and networks.
- Prepare and maintain IT-related documentation for internal and external use.
- Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person.
- Install, configure, and update computer systems and software as required.
- Assist in setting up new user accounts, workstations, and servers.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
- Support the IT team with additional projects and tasks as assigned.
- Familiarity with Mikrotik, Windows Server, Active Directory, Proxmox, and storage servers.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 12 years of experience in an IT Infrastructure Support role.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, server, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
