Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, servers, storage, and networks.
  • Prepare and maintain IT-related documentation for internal and external use.
  • Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person.
  • Install, configure, and update computer systems and software as required.
  • Assist in setting up new user accounts, workstations, and servers.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
  • Support the IT team with additional projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Familiarity with Mikrotik, Windows Server, Active Directory, Proxmox, and storage servers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 12 years of experience in an IT Infrastructure Support role.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, server, and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
