PFS - Application Support Engineer (Outsource)

Job Description

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience with the C# (in project)
• Familiarity with SQL Query, Store Procedure, Function
• Experience in software project development (SDLC)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team

Responsibilities:

1. Application Maintenance:

• Provide technical support to existing applications, ensure smooth operations, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Monitor application performance to detect potential problems or errors and take preventive action.

2. Troubleshooting:

• Identify, analyze, and fix application errors, whether from the server, database, or user interface side.
• Manage and resolve support tickets reported by users or internal teams.
