Responsibilities

  • Generate outbound leads by researching target companies, identifying key decision-makers, and creating effective outreach strategies.
  • Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to introduce the companys services and initiate conversations.
  • Qualify leads by gathering information, understanding their needs, and determining if they align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Develop and maintain a structured lead database using CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting criteria and outreach strategies.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure lead quality and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new outbound lead opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or related fields with a focus on outbound lead generation.
  • Strong research and analytical skills for identifying and prioritizing high-potential leads.
  • Experience with cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, or other outbound sales techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage prospects effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
