Jobdesc and Qualification:
- Degree in computer science, business administration, or related field.
- 3+ years in a technology-driven role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal, speaking to technical and non-technical communities
- Analytical & critical thinking mindset.
- Knowledge of reporting, data visualization (BI), databases, data processes, and data security.
- Skills in requirement analysis, designing, reporting, and documenting implementations and solutions.
- Knowledge of financial industry best practices (Insurance industry is preferred).
- Up-to-date insight into the latest developments in the information technology sphere.
- Have a sufficient IT knowledge to be able to interact with Business & Developers on the same professional level.
- Fluent English oral and written as we are an international team.
- Experience using business intelligence tools is preferred
