Requirements :

- min. 3 Years of experience in SAP Data Migration, data analysis, data audits, process management, business analysis, ECM, business process reengineering,RFPs, quality assurance, data analysis and modeling and testing of enterprise wide client/server and web-based applications and all aspects of software engineering and system development life cycle SDLC

- familiar with data for HCM Module

- experience in cutover planning, project planning, project design, gathering business and functional requirements, creating functional specifications and use case data flow diagrams

- able to used microsoft excel, project, visio, powerpoint, word, and MS office product for data analysis

- experience in preparing test plans, test cases, test scripts and test summary reports for automated and manual testing is preferable

- experience leading client workshops and driving data migration projects & workstreams

- experience in both migrating data into SAP ERP and extracting data from SAP ERP is preferable

- knowledge of SAP Data Services, Data Services RDS, LSMW, and S/4 migration cockpit

- experience in other SAP integration technologies is a plus

- strong analytical problem solving, and conceptual skills

- must be a "team player" able to work with management in developing and implementing new processes and enabling systems. able to work with end user groups to define application needs and identify feasible solutions.

- proactive, and ability to work with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical.
