Job Description:

- Support organization implement and do evaluation on network migration from HFC to FTTH, coordinate with other Department or Directorate level to ensure the process run smoothly.

- Conduct an analysis on FTTH migration area for acquisition potential and/or any pending issues related to migration process

- Conduct an analysis on acquisition program, related to its effectiveness & quality

- Conduct an analysis & segmentation on acquisition & winback program, and create an analysis & insight based on the result

- Examine a bunch of sales leads data (result of Not Covered), visualize it into map view and coordinate with respective units to find out solution as how to convert the area to be covered, and contributing to potential sales leads, increasing sales acquisition

- Coordinate with unit in charge related to insight and analysis given.

- Coordinate with unit in charge related to data mining, enrichment, and enhancement.

- Coordinate with related unit to give them an insight to increase company performance.

- Support organization implement zero accidents and eco-friendly working environment.

- Support organization implement data and information security.

- Support organization to build War Map for acquisition activity on the field

- Conduct an analysis and collaborate with ADA team to provide potential sales leads, increasing sales acquisition

Qualification:

- Age 27-36

- Gender Male/Female

- Education Min. Bachelor Degree in IT.

- Work Experience Min 2 years experienced in same field.

- Technical Competency: Database Management, SQL Query, Tableau.
