Senior Product Manager

Jobdesc:
- Responsible for all operational aspects of initiatives within the organization, including establishing strategic plan and goals by identifying end-to-end product operations management, customer monitoring needs and feedback, and success rate program by working with product, operations, technical, and engineering teams
- Fully responsible for key technical issues, and prioritize product change requests based on issue volume, members impacted, revenue impact, and other relevant metrics.
- Responsible for an important role in planning and implementing product operation processes according to SOP standards, for the development, efficiency, and revision of product features
- Management of a team of full-time expertise to deliver on critical elements of Product Quality monitoring and execution
- Managing a large contingent workforce for bugs and routing to technical and product teams, including SLAs, quality and capacity management
- Engaging with product stakeholders to manage demand and further optimize the quality of product

Qualification:

- Min. Diploma

- have experience in payment gateway, fintech, digital product
- Experience in bringing products from concept through the product operations life-cycle
- Experience working cross-functional collaboratively with the product, project management, and technical engineering team, and experience working across multiple functions and projects
- Has experience in developing product standard operating procedures, manage product data center team, deployment team, and customer experience team
- Experience driving complex projects or programs with several competing stakeholders, ideally in software development, software launch readiness role, or technical product
- Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, including the combination of data from multiple sources and stakeholders
- Have experience to handle IT operation
