ONPOINT Indonesia, an affiliate company of Destynation Group, is a sports technology brand focused on athletic performance and recovery solutions. It is designed for sports enthusiasts at all levels who want to train better and recover faster.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with 7–10 years of experience to lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on marketer who is highly experienced in sports event marketing, product launches, digital and e-commerce marketing, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is agile, creative, and comfortable working in a lean team environment with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

Brand & Event Marketing

  • Plan, manage, and execute marketing activities for national sports events, including major marathons and athletic competitions where ONPOINT participates as a sponsor.
  • Coordinate event activation strategies, on-ground branding, community engagement, and post-event marketing evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution, including weekends and public holidays.

Product Launch & Campaign Management

  • Lead new product launches, from concept development to go-to-market execution.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans covering offline, digital, e-commerce, and event channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency and strong storytelling throughout all product campaigns.

E-commerce & Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies across key marketplaces in Indonesia.
  • Provide insights on promotional mechanics (e.g., bundles, flash sales, vouchers, KOL collaborations).
  • Identify which marketplaces and platforms to prioritize for promotional spend and brand visibility.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to align promotions with inventory and business objectives.

Digital Marketing

  • Own and optimize digital marketing initiatives including paid ads, social media, content marketing, and CRM.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and consumer behavior in the sports and lifestyle sector.

Creative & Design Direction

  • Develop strong creative concepts and provide clear design briefs to internal designers and external agencies.
  • Ensure marketing assets are aligned with brand identity, campaign objectives, and target audience.
  • Review and refine creative outputs to maintain high quality and consistency.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work effectively within a small, agile team and maximize cross-functional collaboration.
  • Empower team members by utilizing their strengths and encouraging ownership.
  • Act as both a leader and an executor, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 7+ years experience in brand, marketing, and/or product marketing required from any fast-paced businesses, e.g. creative agency or digital tech companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects. Anticipates problems, marshals resources, and does what it takes to get the job done.
  • Good knowledge in brand building & full marketing mix. Demonstrates an ability to adjust to changes in market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
  • Comfortable using data to generate insights for designing marketing campaigns. 
  • Not afraid to try new things. Can come up with creative ideas and/or elicit creative ideas from others.
  • Solid leadership and comfortable working individually or leading a small team.
  • Strong project management, organized person, and have strong attention to detail.
  • Strong collaborative and communication traits, able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheet (Google Sheet, Microsoft Excel) and presentation tools (Google Slide, Microsoft PowerPoint).
