Senior Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to meet revenue and brand goals.- Lead campaign planning, budgeting, performance tracking, and optimization across channels.- Manage & update owned channels such as but not limited to marketplaces display banners & product display pages, website, social media profile.- Collaborate with other departments and oversee external agencies to align go-to-market plans and launch initiatives.- Report actionable insights to senior management.

Job Requirements

• 2~5+ years in B2C marketing with proven results in campaign ROI and demand generation.
• Experience in Beauty brand is a plus.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, analytics, and budget management.
• Excellent copywriting, project management, and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Experience with marketing automation/CRM tools and A/B testing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business (or equivalent); leadership and agency collaboration experience.
