We are looking for an HRBP Specialist for an interim position (6 months duration). 

Culture Development

Collaborate with the management team to build, nurture, and continuously improve a positive and productive company culture.

Performance & OKR Management

Coordinate and oversee performance evaluations and support the implementation of the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) system to drive alignment and accountability.

Learning & Development

Design and deliver employee development initiatives, including training programs that support career growth and capability building.

Recruitment & Selection

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, ensuring a structured and effective approach to talent acquisition.

Onboarding & Offboarding

Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure positive employee experiences throughout the employment lifecycle.

Industrial Relations

Handle employee relations matters, mediate conflict, and proactively address employment issues to maintain a harmonious work environment.

HR Policy & Compliance

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with current labor regulations and company values.

General Affairs

  • Oversee and maintain company assets and office inventory to ensure accuracy and readiness of use.
  • Ensure the workplace remains safe, clean, secure, and conducive to employee productivity and comfort.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet operational requirements (e.g., office supplies, maintenance, facilities, etc.).
  • Handle administrative processes related to company licensing and compliance (e.g., BPJS, permit renewals, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit regular General Affairs reports to management to support operational decision-making.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal office events in collaboration with Management (CEO/Business Head).

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in psychology, management, law or related degree.
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years working experience in HR and GA.
  • Thorough understanding of labor law, BPJS and payroll.
  • Capable to work independently or within a team.
  • Meticulous, disciplined, and good communicator.
  • Capable to operate Ms. Office, Google Workspace and HRIS i.e. Talenta.
