Job Description & Key Responsibilities:This position main role reports and is to support Operations Coordinator in the day-to-day role related to:

1. Logistics Management:
   1. Assist Operations Coordinator with inventory tracking, data entry, and documentation for warehouse and distribution activities.
   2. Assist Operations Coordinator with regular stock counts and audits under supervision to ensure accuracy.
   3. Support Operations Coordinator monitoring of warehouse partner performance.
   4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data.
   5. Support in administrative and documentation in relation to logistics management and regular reports to supervisor: daily, weekly, monthly.
   
   
2. Product Service & Delivery:
   1. Support Operations Coordinator in team training activity, conducting reviews for retail staff and preparation of SOP material.
   2. Support in administrative and documentation in relation to product compliance and service standards and regular reports to supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in related field.
• Fresh graduates are required; prior full-time work experience is not necessary.
• Previous internship experience in a similar field will be considered a strong advantage.
• Willing to work full-time in an office-based (Work From Office) - Jakarta Selatan Area.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Passionate about beauty products and retail.
• Internship duration: 3 months.
