About the job Sales Project

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and identify new business leads with interior designers, architects, contractors, and specifiers.
  • Attend meetings and present companys profile and products/services to customers virtually or during sales visits
  • Prepare a proposal for customers, Complete administrative work, Manage service contracts, check on expiration date and make renewals.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service.
  • Effectively coordinate activities with Commercial, Operation, Accounting, and Legal.
  • Occasional local travel to meet customers.
  • Conduct regular events for networking and product showcase to current and potential clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, with a strong ability in negotiating and influencing customer decisions.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the architecture/interior design field.
  • Strong skills in Office suites (Excel, Sheets, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads and capitalizing on business opportunities.
  • Strong network within the interior design, architecture, contractor, and specifier communities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
