Job Description
- Advertising Campaign Strategy:Develop and implement paid advertising strategies on Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, and Tokopedia TopAds to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Campaign Setup and Management:Create and manage ad campaigns, including defining objectives, setting budgets, and monitoring performance metrics like ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:Identify underperforming ads and optimize ad copy, visuals, keywords, and targeting strategies to improve results.
- Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with internal teams (e.g., content creators, graphic designers, and sales) to produce high-quality ad creatives.
- Reporting and Insights:Use data-driven recommendations to refine advertising strategies and achieve business goals.
- Platform Expertise:Strong knowledge of Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Tokopedia TopAds tools.
Requirements
- Min. S1, min 3 tahun handle ads ecommerce.
- Platform Expertise:Strong knowledge of Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, and Tokopedia TopAds tools.
- Data Analysis:Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics (e.g., ROI, CTR, and sales uplift) using Excel, Google Analytics, or platform-specific dashboards.
- Ad Optimization:Expertise in A/B testing, keyword selection, and ad placement strategies to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Strong verbal and written skills to present campaign insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Quick thinking and decision-making to address campaign issues or underperformance.
