About the job Accounts, Finance & Tax Administrator
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting & Finance
- Manage daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Support internal audits and financial reviews
- Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and client billing
Tax Administration
- Calculate and process monthly tax obligations (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT)
- Prepare and submit e-Faktur and e-Bupot documentation
- Ensure timely filing of SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan
- Liaise with tax consultants and government agencies for compliance matters
- Track withholding tax (WHT) and ensure proper documentation for client invoices
- Maintain tax reconciliation and support tax audit readiness
ESSENTIAL
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Taxation
2. Minimum 3–5 yearsof experience in accounting and tax administration
3. Proficient in Indonesian tax regulations and e-filing systems
4. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, or similar)
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
6. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
DESIREABLE
7. Brevet A & B (highly desirable)
8. Brevet C (excellent advantage)
9. Certified Accounting Technician (CAT)
10. Tax Consultant Certification
11. PSAK/IFRS training certificates
12. Experience in engineering, construction, rail, telecom, or infrastructure sectors
13. Motorcycle and or car licence
14. Understanding of procurement cycles, vendor qualification, and contract
administration
15. Familiarity with BPJS reporting, OSS RBA, NIB, and corporate compliance processes
16. Knowledge of PPh 26 (foreign vendor withholding tax)
