LGSF Housing Construction Supervisor

Role Overview

• The Site Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day supervision and execution of construction activities on site. This role ensures that all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities including LGSF structure assembly, foam concrete filling, panel installation, roofing, and utilities.
• Allocate tasks to foremen, skilled workers, and labor teams.
• Monitor quality of work and material usage to avoid wastage.
• Report daily site progress, issues, and manpower utilization to the Site Manager.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote a safe working culture.
• Check and verify that works are done as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist in resolving technical or operational site issues.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for smooth coordination of site works.
