Cost control

Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with the approved budget and forecast. Prepare, review, and update project cost reports, cash flow, and financial forecasts. Track commitments, expenditures, and variances, providing analysis to project management. Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to validate cost data and ensure accuracy. Identify potential cost overruns, risks, and propose corrective actions to management. Support tendering and bidding phases with cost estimation and budget preparation. Maintain proper documentation of cost control records, invoices, and financial reports. Assist in project close-out by reconciling budgets, preparing final cost reports, and supporting audits.
