Objective:
The Sales Key Account Manager will focus on growing revenue by managing and cultivating relationships with key agroforestry clients. The role requires a strong focus on sales, customer service, and a deep understanding of the agroforestry sector's needs for heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the agroforestry industry.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for heavy equipment that can support agroforestry operations.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations to agroforestry clients.
- Develop customized solutions for clients in the agroforestry sector, ensuring that equipment meets operational requirements.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas for assigned territory and client accounts.
- Keep up to date with market developments, trends, and competitors within the agroforestry industry.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams for order fulfillment, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to represent the company in the agroforestry sector.
- Handle the whole Kalimantan area agroforestry Industry.
Requirements for Key Account Manager (Agroforestry Industry)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the agroforestry or heavy equipment sector.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of agroforestry operations and equipment needs.
- Ability to sell complex technical products to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and meet sales goals.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and become a trusted advisor.
- Willingness to travel and attend field visits to client sites.
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of agroforestry equipment and processes, and related industry standards.
- Domicile in Kalimantan Area ( West Kalimantan)
