Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for both local and international purchases.
  • Issue and follow up POs to local and overseas suppliers.
  • Conduct price negotiations, review quotations, and monitor delivery lead times.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Customs, Production, Warehouse, Finance to ensure smooth inbound processes.
  • Ensure all procurement documentation is complete and aligned with internal SOP and compliance standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on procurement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing (local & import), preferably in heavy equipment or manufacturing industry.
  • Able to speak Mandarin.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems (SAP), incoterms, and basic import regulations.
  • Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Willing to be based in Karawang, full-time.
