Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for both local and international purchases.
- Issue and follow up POs to local and overseas suppliers.
- Conduct price negotiations, review quotations, and monitor delivery lead times.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments such as Customs, Production, Warehouse, Finance to ensure smooth inbound processes.
- Ensure all procurement documentation is complete and aligned with internal SOP and compliance standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain positive working relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on procurement activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing (local & import), preferably in heavy equipment or manufacturing industry.
- Able to speak Mandarin.
- Knowledge of procurement systems (SAP), incoterms, and basic import regulations.
- Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willing to be based in Karawang, full-time.
