HR Director

Requirements;

• Male/Female with max age 52 years old
• Min Bachelor Degree education from reputable university or overseas university can be preferred.
• Min 12 - 15 years working experience in HR domain or more than 15 years also preferably
• Min 2,5 years experiences as a HR Director Level.
• Currently works from MNC's/Financial Services/Fintech/Insurance/Banking companies
• Fluent in English
• Handling all HR functions; Recruitment, Compensation Benefits, Training and Development, Labor Laws, Performance Management, HR compliance, etc.
