About the job HR and Admin Executive
Requirements;
- Min Diploma Degree majoring in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Min 3 - 5 years of Human Resources experience at the mid-senior level with an MNC.
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws, regulations and best practices
- Matured in outlook and thinking process
- Positive with a can-do & hands-on attitude
- Proven experience in managing stakeholder groups across the business
- Solid problem solving, decision making and conflict management skills
- Competent in both written and spoken English
- Leading end-to-end HR initiatives and projects, including: managing HRIS, budget management, employee relations, HR compliance, talent acquisition, skill-gap mitigation/learning & development, Company culture and people management
- Partner with all functions to drive business results that optimize Human Resources talent, structure, process and culture
- Ensure that the Company has all human capital resources to execute their near term and longer-range goals
- Provide advice, guidance and direct support on all aspects related to people management to various relevant stakeholders
- Develop the different HR processes and procedures to facilitate the different HR functions for maximum effectiveness and efficiencies
- Work closely with business to achieve strong employee engagement with different HR initiatives
- Work closely with Training Team in executing learning & development strategies which are aligned to the corporate and business strategy
- Responsible for local training initiatives in the continuous development of Company human resources
- Ensure that Company is in compliance with the local labour regulations
