Requirements;

  • Min Bachelors Degree majoring in Engineering or supply chain management or business administration. Candidate with additional certifications in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) would be helpful.
  • Min 5-10 years of Relevant experience in the Agricultural formulations production planning would be preferred, particularly in a planning or logistics role.
  • Fluent to speak and write in English
  • The candidate should be proficient in working with computer, SAP and Microsoft Excel as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communicator, highly energetic with ability to energize teams and drive them to achieve the set objectives.
  • Result focused- Ability and drive for achieving and surpassing targets against an internal or external standards of excellence.
  • Ability to foresee future challenges as well as business opportunities and taking the precautionary/progressive steps towards it.
  • Identify potential tollers for various products for reliable supplies.
  • Ensure full compliance of tollers with Companies Code of Conduct and quality requirements and with regulatory, contractual and financial frameworks.
  • The planner needs to plan for tolling as per the Forecasted demand and creating supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products.
  • Maintain a tolling supply base delivering production flexibility and reliability at a competitive total cost
  • Report and manage any significant, continuing risks and compliance gaps and timely address any significant operational issues that arise at the toller.
  • Coordinate with the packaging team members to ensure all packaging is timely available for production.
  • Measure toller performance and drive continuous improvement as needed.
  • Monitor the total tolling cost (per kg/liter) to identify and realize savings opportunities.
  • Lead/participate in selected projects, including product introductions.
  • Ensure master data (including BOMs etc.) is set-up correctly and accurately maintained; Investigate production usages/toll fee variances and ensure resolution through appropriate interfaces.
