Requirements;
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Science
- Min 2 years experiences in customer service industry and in administrative
- Strong knowledge of SAP, MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good in English communication
- Ability to understand the business and its challenges
- Good knowledge of customer service requirements
- Polite and team player
- Customer oriented
- Proactive work style, highly reliable and accountable
- Act dynamically and pragmatically under pressure
- Able to work in a matrix organization
