Requirements;
- Mn Bachelor Degree in any major
- Min 5 years working experience in Reinsurance or Technical UW, especially treaty
- Solid knowledge and strong competency of Finance Process especially Financial of Treaty Operations.
- Responsible for maintenance of Reinsurance Account both of proportional (Q/S, Surplus) and non-proportional (XOL)
- Responsible to send SOA to re-insurers for all MAGIs Business as per SLA
determined with Reinsurance Parties. - Responsible to do settlement of Reinsurance balances
- To prepare all payment process both expenses and claim payment process align with authorization standard and procedure.
- Support the preparation of the reinsurance reports that must be given to related parties
- Support the Manager in providing the calculation of GNPI and DPI estimation
- Responsible to collect claims recovery from the re-insurers and when necessary work with Claims Division to complete the task.
- Coordinate the payment process of reinsurance treaty with Finance Dept To support Treaty renewal process
- Engaging and communicating effectively with Board of Director, customers, regulators and other internal and external stakeholders
- Establish and maintain good relationships with business sources, third parties and other business partners, to gather information and updated business in order to strengthen business position in the market.
- Responsible for manage team member and organization development such as performance management, retention and succession planning.
- Responsible for managing, coaching and developing direct reports, as well as ensuring other team members are receiving the support they require to achieve team and company goals and individual performance standards.
- Take responsibility for sponsoring and implementing company's Commitments through specific behaviors as set of principles believed to be the moral guide of conduct, act and decision making.
- Demonstrate Compliance Values by ensuring no violations against the letters and the spirit of compliance policies due to intentional conduct and/or negligence and participation in mandatory compliance trainings and certifications as per company determined programs. As People Manager, monitors own team to ensure the required compliant behavior is upheld.
