Job Description:

  • Manage licensing and permitting processes for company establishment and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and laws, including environmental and trade regulations.
  • Conduct research and analysis on government policies, incentives, and regulations affecting the company.
  • Provide legal advice and support on manufacturing management, import regulations, and customs procedures.
  • Collaborate with government agencies, supply chain teams, and other stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all regulatory and compliance activities.


Qualifications:

  • Preferably Male
  • Age: Max 40 years old
  • Law degree with experience in corporate law, FDI licensing, and international trade.
  • Experience (3-5 years) in regulatory and import compliance or legal affairs. Especially have experience in opening a new manufacturing plant in Indonesia.
  • In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and investment policies in Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian trade laws, customs procedures, and free trade agreements.
  • Strong negotiation skills and government relations expertise.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
