Executive Producer

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Person or similar role in television specifically FTV and Sinetron (10 years)
• Solid understanding of television production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in production software and scheduling tools.
• Bachelors degree in Film, Broadcasting, Media Production, or related field (preferred).
