About the job Territory Sales Supervisor
Requirements;
- Min Bachelor Degree majoring in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Min 3 years experiences as sales supervisor/coordinator within the agricultural industry.
- Solid experience in the entry level managerial roles of MNC and/or Local Companies.
- In-depth knowledge of agricultural products, market trends, and customer behaviors.
- Fluent to speak and write in English.
- Strong communicator, highly energetic with ability to energize teams and drive them to achieve the set objectives.
- Result focused- Ability and drive for achieving and surpassing targets against an internal or external standards of excellence.
- Ability to foresee future challenges as well as business opportunities and taking the precautionary/progressive steps towards it.
- Agriculture Industry Knowledge, Brand Management, Territory Analysis, Crop vs Product Matrix, Competition Updates, Marketing Excellence, Business/Commercial Acumen
- Manage and develop sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales promotor team to achieve sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the agricultural sector.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of agricultural products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate offerings to customers.
- Train, mentor, and provide continuous support to sales promotor to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet customers and oversee sales activities
