About the job Head of Digital

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Company's delivery business, this include Establish key metrics to drive growth of Company's delivery business
  • Define plans and strategies to grow both in-house delivery and 3rd party aggregators, working closely with marketing through innovative campaigns to engage, inform and motivate, as a result drive sales and grow the brand
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization to retain existing customers and increase brand loyalty
  • Establishing the CRM and business rules that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel
  • Ensuring the guest database is segmented according to business needs, e.g. customer lifecycle, daypart, product, etc. for targeted marketing activities
  • Establish key metrics to drive app installs and growth of Company's user base
  • Understanding Company's CRM strategy globally and adapting to the local context , including managing various stakeholders end-to-end, including internal teams, app developers, agencies, and regional counterparts
  • Research new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing
  • Develop a performance multi-channel media strategy to achieve revenue and brand goals including optimizing performance marketing campaigns across different platforms and channels (Paid Search, Display, Paid social)
  • Maintain a data-first approach through continual experimentation and optimization to meet and exceed strong company goals (a/b testing, etc.)​
  • Manage implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns, on time and within budget
  • Complete competitor bench marking for promotional activity and report regularly to key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/ Masters degree in business or related field
  • Past experience working in digital/ CRM with team management experience
  • Good experience on media strategy, performance analytics and campaign optimization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with numbers, budget & planning, metrics, spreadsheets
  • Good command of English, Bahasa would be a plus
  • Skilled in budgeting and planning
  • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience, whether orally or in writing; ability to establish effective working relationships among team members
  • Eager to work in a creative and collaborative environment
