Requirements;

  • Female with max age 38 years old
  • Min Bachelor Degree majoring in Commerce/Science or related fields
  • Min 2-3 years experiences in customer service industry and administrative
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good English communication written and verbal
  • Ability to understand the business and its challenges
  • Good knowledge of customer service requirements
  • Able to make hotel and travel arrangements
  • NPS - customer satisfaction
  • Efficiency in service coordination process (customer call to invoicing cycle)
  • Overdue Accounts Receivable
  • Customer oriented and proactive work style, highly reliable and accountable
  • Act dynamically and pragmatically under pressure
  • Able to work in a matrix organization
