About the job Customer Care Specialist
Requirements;
- Female with max age 38 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree majoring in Commerce/Science or related fields
- Min 2-3 years experiences in customer service industry and administrative
- Strong knowledge of SAP, MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good English communication written and verbal
- Ability to understand the business and its challenges
- Good knowledge of customer service requirements
- Able to make hotel and travel arrangements
- NPS - customer satisfaction
- Efficiency in service coordination process (customer call to invoicing cycle)
- Overdue Accounts Receivable
- Customer oriented and proactive work style, highly reliable and accountable
- Act dynamically and pragmatically under pressure
- Able to work in a matrix organization
