Requirements;

  • Min 8 years of experience in F&B operations in Quick Service Restaurant/Hospitality/FMCG Industry, with 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Excellent understanding of F&B operations, including inventory management, product innovation, and guest service enhancement.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and guest behavior to drive product innovation and increase revenue.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, meeting sales targets, and optimizing operational costs.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, promotions, and initiatives to improve sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Lead the F&B team to plan and execute strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring excellent offerings and guest experiences.
  • Efficiently manage F&B operations, including inventory control and product innovation, to maximize performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure F&B sales and financial targets are met, while implementing initiatives to boost revenue and profit margins.
