Requirements;
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Min 8 years of experience in F&B operations in Quick Service Restaurant/Hospitality/FMCG Industry, with 5 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent understanding of F&B operations, including inventory management, product innovation, and guest service enhancement.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and guest behavior to drive product innovation and increase revenue.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, meeting sales targets, and optimizing operational costs.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, promotions, and initiatives to improve sales performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Lead the F&B team to plan and execute strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring excellent offerings and guest experiences.
- Efficiently manage F&B operations, including inventory control and product innovation, to maximize performance and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure F&B sales and financial targets are met, while implementing initiatives to boost revenue and profit margins.
- Analyze guest consumption trends to drive product development and improve performance.
- Develop and motivate the F&B team through training, enhancing skills, and ensuring optimal staffing levels for efficient operations.
