Technical Director

Requirements;

• Male/Female with min age 45 years old
• Min 15 years of working experiences in Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC) or in the same field
• Min Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement technical strategies
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
• Customer-focused and ability to build strong relationships
• Proficient in DCS software and MS Office
