About the job Mine Plan Officer
- Provide quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily mine design/plans in accordance with the targets and production plans set by reviewing the monthly mine design/plan with actual conditions in the field, fleet availability, mine map availability, supervise activities in the pit and at the OB disposal site, and update data on mining progress.
- Conduct daily field reviews to control mining implementation to comply with the plan that has been made and provide recommendations for corrective actions with a low level of complexity if necessary.
- Control: crest-toe formation, bench slope, ramp slope does not exceed the specified grade, sump creation, bench elevation, tool placement, excavation height of digging tools, pit drainage, and distance from discharge to disposal.
- Control productivity and tool cycle time.
- Control the drilling and blasting plan area to remain in accordance with the plan that has been made.
- Control the availability of heavy equipment in the mine to comply with the plan that has been made.
- Coordinate with the Short Term Plan Supervisor / Spv Mine Plan, Operation, Drill and Blast and Plant if there is a mining implementation that deviates from the original plan according to their respective job descriptions.
- Control other mining support work.
- Ensure that the data collection method and determination of the observation area have been carried out correctly and according to procedures by the Team.
- Ensure that data collection is carried out periodically according to needs (at least once a week).
- Collect mining progress data (pit/disposal) and unit availability to be submitted to the short term mine plan Supervisor / Spv Mine Plan.
- Minimum S1 Mine Engineering or Geology
- Minimum 5 years in related fields
- Minimum 4 years in the same position
- Minimum 5 years in the Pit Control position
- Hard Skills:
Able to demonstrate leadership qualities and capacity to plan and guide the Team to achieve targets
Understand Production Planning, Mining Operation, Master or understand heavy equipment - Computer Skills:
Ms. Office (word, excel, powerpoint, etc) (High required)
Mine design (Minescape, Surpac, Minex, etc) (Medium required)
Mine sequence (Xpac, Spry, etc) (Medium required)
Map plotting (Autocad, ArcGIS, etc) (Low required)
Graphic converter (Global Mapper, etc) (Low required)
Drone image process (Agisoft, Pix4D, etc) (Medium required)
Professional certification: POP (First Operational Supervisor)
