About the job Sales Manager
Responsibilities;
- Support all sales & marketing activities.
- Provide sales & servicing functions in water/wastewater-related systems.
- Identify and develop business plans/presentations for new opportunities.
- Propose solutions to potential clients.
- Manage, confirm, and interpret customer requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders in the project regarding proposals.
- Manage client relationships in allocated tenders or projects.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales solutions to post-sales implementation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management as needed.
Requirements;
- Minimum D3/S1 degree from a reputable university in Chemical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering.
- Highly motivated and self-disciplined with good time management skills.
- Cooperative yet assertive, with strong technical knowledge of water chemistry and water treatment plants and equipment.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.
- Possesses relevant training and education.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 8+ years of direct sales experience in water & wastewater treatment equipment and systems for S1 graduates, and 10+ years for D3 graduates.
- Extensive knowledge and deep understanding of the technical and operational aspects of water and/or wastewater treatment products, services, and industries.
