The candidate will excel in this position if they can drive business growth, develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, and research new market opportunities
In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria. To be successful, the candidate will have to understand the technical depth of the industry and the company to become an effective talent partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients.
  • Explore new business opportunities.
  • Manage the client's needs and expectations.
  • Maintaining strong relationships in the market
  • Actively source and qualify candidates.
  • Working to improve recruitment efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years experience as a recruitment consultant in a Head Hunter company
  • Able to meet strict deadlines and goal-oriented.
  • Team Player
  • Good English
  • Good MS Office Skills(MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Spreadsheets).
