Requirements;
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, operations management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a secretarial role is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity across the organization. Additionally, this role will provide high-level administrative support to the Sub Region Head, ensuring their day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.
