Requirements;

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a secretarial role is highly desirable.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity across the organization. Additionally, this role will provide high-level administrative support to the Sub Region Head, ensuring their day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.
