Responsibilities;

  • Bachelors degree in Agronomy, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • Min 7 years of experience in demand generation or marketing, preferably in the crop protection or agriculture industry.
  • Strong understanding of crop protection products, agronomy practices, and farmer needs.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both verbal and written).
  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies aligned with the company's goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify and prioritize key market segments, crops, and geographies for targeted campaigns.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, in-field events, trade shows, webinars, etc.) to promote crop protection products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns address customer pain points and align with regional needs.
  • Conduct research on market trends, farmer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Leverage data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize future initiatives.
  • Create and manage lead generation programs to drive high-quality leads for sales teams.
  • Develop content strategies, including educational materials, product information, and case studies, to nurture leads through the customers journey.
  • Work closely with product management, field teams, and distribution partners to ensure alignment in messaging and objectives.
  • Support sales teams with tools, training, and resources to convert leads into customers.
  • Manage budgets for demand generation activities and ensure ROI on campaigns.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and third-party agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
