About the job Human Resource Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, Talent Management, and Employee Relations.
- Lead HR team member(s) to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and business strategy.
- Manage employees KPI.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Handle company HRIS.
- Update company policies and make sure its aligned with government regulation.
Experience and requirements:
- Male/female.
- Maximum 40 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or any related field.
- Have a minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience as a Human Resource Manager or Human Resources Business Partner.
- Significant experience in Organization Development, Talent Management area, and implementing Performance Management System, and KPIs.
- High proficiency in Indonesian and English language skill is a must
- Strong Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
- Good experience in Manufacture Company.
- Result-driven, people-oriented, have strong communication skills and deep business acumen
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
- The candidate will spend a significant amount of time working at a manufacturing plant located in Karawang, West Java.
