About the job Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, Talent Management, and Employee Relations.
  • Lead HR team member(s) to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and business strategy.
  • Manage employees KPI.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Handle company HRIS.
  • Update company policies and make sure its aligned with government regulation.

Experience and requirements:

  • Male/female.
  • Maximum 40 years old.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or any related field.
  • Have a minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience as a Human Resource Manager or Human Resources Business Partner.
  • Significant experience in Organization Development, Talent Management area, and implementing Performance Management System, and KPIs.
  • High proficiency in Indonesian and English language skill is a must
  • Strong Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
  • Good experience in Manufacture Company.
  • Result-driven, people-oriented, have strong communication skills and deep business acumen
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
  • The candidate will spend a significant amount of time working at a manufacturing plant located in Karawang, West Java.
