Coordinate logistics for site operations, including transportation scheduling and monitoring vehicle odometers. Arrange and manage accommodation, meals, and other facilities for site employees to ensure proper welfare support. Assist project managers and site supervisors in administrative matters such as permits, licenses, and compliance documentation. Monitor office and site supplies, ensuring availability and proper usage to support project activities. Support general affair duties, including handling utilities, maintenance requests, and service coordination for smooth site operations.
