Human Resources

  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company strategy and Indonesian Labor law
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and career progression frameworks
  • Oversee payroll, BPJS, tax reporting, and employee benefits
  • Handle industrial relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with manpower regulations
  • Coordinate training programs and competency development aligned with project needs

General Affairs

  • Manage office administration, asset tracking, and vendor coordination
  • Oversee facility management and support remote/hybrid work infrastructure
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Handle company legal documentation, permits, and certifications
  • Manage travel arrangements, vehicle operations, and logistics support
  • Coordinate procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Liaise with external agencies, government bodies, and service providers

1. Bachelors degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related field
2. Minimum 5 years experience in HRGA roles, preferably in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or consultancy
3. Proven experience managing HR operations, GA functions, and regulatory
compliance
4. Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan, UU Cipta Kerja)
5. Experience handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan administration
6. Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
7. Experience managing office administration, vendor management, and facility operations
8. Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll processes, and attendance management
9. Ability to draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employment contracts
10. Familiarity with company permits, legal documentation, and compliance reporting
11. Experience coordinating health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements
12. Strong documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

22. Experience with cloud-based systems (Google Workspace, SharePoint, OneDrive)
23. Ability to create HR dashboards, trackers, and automated templates
24. Comfort using AI-assisted tools for documentation and reporting

DESIREABLE
25. Experience in engineering, rail, telecom, or infrastructure industries
26. Familiarity with project-based HR support (mobilization, site HR, contractor management)
27. Experience supporting remote-first or hybrid teams
28. Ability to design competency frameworks, career paths, and training matrices
29. Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, or workforce planning

31. Knowledge of OSS RBA, NIB, company licensing, expatriate permits (RPTKA,
