Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's in Accounting / HR / Business
- 4 - 7 yearsof experience in payroll and HR operations, preferably in an outsourcing setup
- Familiar with Indonesian payroll software, BPJS, and taxation systems
- Strong Excel & reporting skills; meticulous with data accuracy
- Good communication in Bahasa and English
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly payroll process for employees of clients who are outsourced employees
- Ensure compliance with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh 21, and other statutory deductions
- Prepare payroll summary, payslips, and reports to management
- Handle employee database, contracts, and renewals
- Coordinate with accounting for payroll journal and tax filing
- Support audit, manpower reporting (WLKP/LKPM), and HR documentation
