Qualifications

  1. Min. Bachelor's in Accounting / HR / Business
  2. 4 - 7 yearsof  experience in payroll and HR operations, preferably in an outsourcing setup
  3. Familiar with Indonesian payroll software, BPJS, and taxation systems
  4. Strong Excel & reporting skills; meticulous with data accuracy
  5. Good communication in Bahasa and English

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the monthly payroll process for employees of clients who are outsourced employees
  2. Ensure compliance with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh 21, and other statutory deductions
  3. Prepare payroll summary, payslips, and reports to management
  4. Handle employee database, contracts, and renewals
  5. Coordinate with accounting for payroll journal and tax filing
  6. Support audit, manpower reporting (WLKP/LKPM), and HR documentation
