Job Description

  • Material Planning & Coordination
    Plan and coordinate material requirements for engineering, procurement, and construction activities in EPC projects.
  • Material Requisition & Tracking
    Prepare and track material requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery schedules to ensure timely availability on site.
  • Vendor & Procurement Coordination
    Coordinate with procurement teams and vendors regarding material specifications, delivery status, and documentation.
  • Material Receiving & Inspection Support
    Coordinate material receiving, inspection, and verification in accordance with project and QA/QC requirements.
  • Inventory & Warehouse Control
    Monitor material storage, inventory levels, and issue materials to construction teams as required.
  • Material Status Reporting
    Prepare material status reports, tracking logs, and delivery updates for project management review.
  • Handling Material Shortage & Surplus
    Identify material shortages or surpluses and coordinate corrective actions with the project and procurement teams.
  • Project Close-Out & Material Reconciliation
    Support project close-out by reconciling material usage, returns, and surplus documentation.

Experience Detail

5 yrs at the same position. Experienced Project Material Coordinator with strong expertise in overseeing civil project material control, supervising material in and out, material tracking, inventory coordination, for EPC/EPCM projects and Civil or Related Project
