Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the business performance of the products under their responsibility in accordance with the strategy established by the principal.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, including product detailing and marketing activities to support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Maintain and develop strategic relationships with the principal, key customers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct business negotiations, handle customer feedback and complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and related function teams to ensure optimal program execution.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Manager, Product Manager, or Marketing Manager in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry.
  • Strong understanding of product management, marketing strategy, and sales execution.
  • Experience interacting and collaborating with principals and possessing strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Result-oriented, able to work independently and in a team, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
