Job Description:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis using historical data, market trends, and key business drivers for marketing events and projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver management financial reports, dashboards, performance updates, trend analysis, projections, key metrics, and data-driven insights to all stakeholders.

  • Identify financial risks and opportunities within projects and propose corrective and improvement actions.

  • Provide actionable recommendations based on variance analysis results and overall business performance evaluation.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Operations, HR, Sales) to ensure financial goals are aligned with overall business strategy.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Tax.

    • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

    • Experience in commercial or commercial operations is required.

    • Exposure to budgeting & forecasting, corporate finance, business strategy, and business partnering.

    • Strong ability to analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss / P&L).

    • Ability to build and evaluate financial models, financial projections, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.

    • Understanding of strategic financial reporting, such as annual budgets, multi-year financial plans, KPIs, and performance insights.

    • Experience in gathering, analyzing, compiling, and structuring data to support business decision-making.

    • Familiar with Business Intelligence tools, data analytics and visualization, dashboards, and reporting tools.

    • Able to perform demand management: manage and prioritize reporting/dashboard needs.

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Financial Modeling).

    • Familiar with accounting software: Accurate (preferred), MYOB, and Zahir.

    • Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and ability to handle audits (FAT/Tax experience is a plus).

    • Brevet A/B, CPA, or CFA certifications are considered an advantage.

    • Education background is not the main factor (non-Accounting majors will be considered if experience is relevant; Bachelors degree preferred).

    • Pure FAT profiles are not recommended; FAM profiles may be considered if all key criteria are met.

    • Supervisor-level candidates may be considered if they meet all mandatory criteria and have at least 2 years in their current role.

    • Strong communication skills: able to create presentations and explain numbers in a strategic way.

    • Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
