- Expertised in Civil Project, Minimum 5 yrs.
- Software Oriented: AutoCAD or Related Software

Job Description
- Cost Estimation & Budget Control
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for workshop buildings, jetty structures, and ISO/vertical tank projects. - Measurement & Quantity Take-Off
Perform quantity take-offs for civil, structural, and mechanical works based on drawings and specifications. - Contract Administration
Assist in contract preparation, review, and administration, including evaluation of variations and claims. - Progress Valuation & Payment Certification
Measure work progress and prepare interim payment applications and final accounts. - Variation Order & Change Management
Evaluate variation orders, cost impacts, and ensure proper documentation and approval of scope changes. - Cost Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor project costs, analyze cost variances, and prepare regular cost control and forecast reports. - Coordination with Project Team
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers to verify quantities, progress, and cost data. - Final Account & Project Close-Out
Prepare final quantity reconciliation and support project close-out documentation.
Experience Detail
- 3 yrs at the same position. Experienced Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, and Budgeter with strong expertise in overseeing civil construction works for EPC/EPCM projects and Civil, Steel Structure, and Construction.
Working Day
Monday – Sunday (Work 20 Days 1 Day Off Regulary, 6 Month On Site and 10 Days Off Roster)
Working Hours
07.00 – 17.00
