Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial).
- 5-10 years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling within an EPCM or EPC company.
- Strong command of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel-based control sheets.
- Excellent understanding of engineering, fabrication, and construction workflows.
- Familiarity with FIDIC and GCC contract clauses is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple ongoing projects.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).

Position Overview:
The Project Planning Engineer & Scheduler will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules across multiple EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) projects. The role requires close coordination with engineering, fabrication, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery in line with the standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent software.
- Prepare baseline schedules, resource histograms, and progress curves for all EPCM projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and site teams to collect real-time progress data.
- Perform critical path analysis (CPA) and identify schedule delays, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Monitor weekly and monthly progress reports, comparing actual progress against the baseline.
- Support project managers in preparing EOT (Extension of Time) and variation claims based on schedule impact.
- Participate in project review meetings, providing updates on progress, bottlenecks, and recovery plans.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and track fabrication and construction milestones at the Lamongan factory and project sites.
- Work closely with cost control teams to align schedule forecasts with financial projections.
- Ensure compliance with SNI and international engineering standards in project scheduling and reporting practices.
