Assistant Manager Product Development:

Responsible for the end-to-end process of developing, implementing, and strategizing life and health insurance products, including regulatory submission, cross-functional coordination, and marketing support to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance insurance products based on market needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare comprehensive product documentation and ensure system readiness in collaboration with IT (User Acceptance Test).

- Manage product filings with OJK, follow up on feedback, and secure necessary approvals.

- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support product differentiation and strategic positioning.

- Collaborate with distribution channels (Agency, Partnership, and Digital) and Marketing teams to define go-to-market strategies and product communications.

- Deliver internal training and product socialization to ensure alignment across departments.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Actuarial Science, Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in product development within the life or health insurance industry.

- Strong understanding of OJK regulatory processes and product filing systems.

- Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of multi-channel distribution, especially Agency.
