Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment processes ; sourcing, screening, selection, KYE (know your employee), offering and inputting new employee data.
- Develop employer branding initiatives
- Involve in other HR projects
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Psychology, HRM,
- Minimum 2 years experience handle end to end recruitment process
- Fluent in English
- Has experience in multi national company and technology start-up company is an advantage
- Good analytical thinking and detail-oriented
- Has can-do attitude, agile, technology savvy, and focus on target
