By sending your referrals’ profile to PSO (Manila) Limited, you hereby certificate that:

1. You will only be entitled to Referral Bonus once your referral has been successfully hired for a role
2. Referral bonus will be given on an instalment basis - first payout will be on referral's first day of employment and the second payout will be on referral's regularization date
3. In case of duplicate referral, the one who referred the candidate first will be tagged as the official referrer
4. Outgoing Employees will not be entitled to referral bonus
5. Referrals may be re-endorsed after six (6) months from the last interview date
6. Referral bonus is considered as a taxable income
7. In case the regularization date of the rehire employee is outside the standard of 6 months; the 2nd instalment will be paid on the nearest pay out from the regularization date itself
8. You acknowledge that the recruitment process is a confidential process and status will be given to the applicant/s directly
