RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist BDMs with application follow up, progress reports, pipeline maintenance and general loan application support.
  • Assist in creating presentations, documents and communications for the external presentations
  • Collecting, distribution of correspondence / mail
  • Day to day administration activities as requested by the company
  • Manage (on request) emails/ calendar bookings addressing issues and subsequent follow up on outstanding issues as requested.
  • Handle scenario sales enquiries relating via telephone, email and written correspondence.
  • Arrange and facilitate call packs on behalf of BDM to Ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Create call pack and monitor performance
  • Organise small conferences, functions, social events and meetings, compiling all necessary documents.
  • Provide assistance to the seniors with corporate events

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Demonstrated 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Preferably with experience handling any CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in an Australian Financial Services environment will be an advantage
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Positive disposition and can-do attitude
  • Keen attention to details
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
