RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow up across the total company process from submission to settlement
  • Provide updates to brokers, solicitors, applicants & sales staff
  • Adhere with the turnaround time in a timely manner
  • Ensure all communications being sent externally are within the Companys best standard
  • Ensure all existing mortgage brokers business contact details are current and all changes required are made in a timely fashion including new phone numbers, email, and addresses
  • Create brokers profiles in the Salesforce system

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Knowledge of the Australian Regulatory environment
  • Demonstrated experience in administration for a minimum of 2 years
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Positive disposition and can-do attitude
  • Keen attention to details
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
