About the job Credit Support Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up across the total company process from submission to settlement
- Provide updates to brokers, solicitors, applicants & sales staff
- Adhere with the turnaround time in a timely manner
- Ensure all communications being sent externally are within the Companys best standard
- Ensure all existing mortgage brokers business contact details are current and all changes required are made in a timely fashion including new phone numbers, email, and addresses
- Create brokers profiles in the Salesforce system
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Knowledge of the Australian Regulatory environment
- Demonstrated experience in administration for a minimum of 2 years
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Positive disposition and can-do attitude
- Keen attention to details
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
